If you live in a 20+ year-old home, you know how quickly an outdated kitchen can begin to feel crowded, worn out, and difficult to use. These Fair Oaks, Ca homeowners, who were ready for a kitchen remodel that improved both the look and functionality of their space.

New Custom Cabinetry
After removing a chandelier, we updated the electrical, adding new circuits and necessary dimmer switches for modern LED’s, and added six recessed can lights. All necessary plumbing and electrical were brought up to current code.
The homeowners selected beautiful custom Deco/RTF frameless cabinetry with a ‘Beveled Shaker’ door style door in a two tone color scheme: satin white for the wall and tall cabinetry and green supermatte for the base cabinetry.
Our custom cabinetry included 20 hardwood beech dovetail drawers with soft-close and 7 hardwood beech roll-outs with soft-close. Other cabinetry features include: a tilt out, four tray dividers, a double trash pull-out with soft close, two floating shelves and a spice drawer insert.
To complete the look, we fabricated and installed stunning MSI Sensa Platino Quartzite countertops with a mitered edge. Additionally, we added a full matching subway tile splash with tile stopping right under the floating shelves and going to the ceiling at the kitchen window. Finally, we completed the update with new undercabinet lighting providing both functionality and flexibility.

One of the biggest goals of this kitchen remodeling project was improving storage and making the kitchen easier to use every day.
After removing the original cabinetry and countertops, we updated the electrical system and GFCI outlets before installing custom frameless cabinets with durable maple interiors.
To maximize storage and accessibility, we included:
- 2 Floating shelves
- 7 hardwood beech roll-outs
- 20 hardwood beech dovetail drawers
- Soft-close drawers and doors
- Convenient roll-out shelving
- Tall cabinet in laundry room
- Banded wood lazy-susan
These smart storage upgrades help eliminate clutter and make cooking, cleaning, and organizing much simpler.
