Kitchen Mart has been remodeling homes throughout Northern California for over 50 years, and we’re looking for another exceptional craftsman to join our team.
We’re searching for an experienced Lead Remodel Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys the variety that comes with residential remodeling. If you’re the type of person who can walk into a kitchen or bathroom remodel, solve problems, and keep the project moving forward, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Every project is different, but your experience should include most of the following:
- Finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Drywall installation and repair
- Plumbing (rough-in and finish)
- Electrical (lighting, outlets and appliance connections)
- General remodeling
- Jobsite organization and customer communication
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Takes pride in doing things right the first time
- Treats every customer’s home with respect
- Shows up on time and is dependable
- Communicates professionally
- Solves problems instead of creating them
- Enjoys being part of a professional team
