  1. Free, In-home Consultation: One of our professional bathroom designers will visit your home at no cost to specifically discuss your needs and preferences for aging in place or ADA-compliant features. They will assess your current bathroom and discuss potential modifications and solutions.
  2. Custom Design Proposal: You will meet with your designer in our showroom to select specific accessible features, fixtures, and materials, such as grab bars, shower seats, non-slip flooring, and easy-to-use faucets. Our designers will create a comprehensive, custom design proposal for your accessible bathroom, including vanities/cabinets, countertops, tile, and fixtures.
  3. Contract: Once you are completely satisfied with the design proposal that meets your accessibility requirements, you will finalize the contract details and schedule your aging in place / ADA bathroom remodeling project.
  4. Build & Installation: You’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager to oversee your bathroom project from start to finish, ensuring all accessibility requirements are met. They’ll schedule a measurement appointment to confirm precise placement of features like cabinets, countertops, tile, and plumbing. You’ll get a detailed project schedule and regular updates. Our team handles everything—removal of old fixtures, expert installation, custom cabinet building, and countertop fabrication. We also take care of permits and coordinate all necessary specialists to ensure a smooth, hassle-free process.
