This outdated kitchen got a breathtaking makeover creating a more open, contemporary feel. We removed a non-load bearing wall, a two-sided fireplace, closets and the ceiling in the kitchen – creating a brighter, more inviting space. To aid in this goal we moved a beam up to the ceiling. Extensive electrical, plumbing and remodeling work help bring the homeowners vision to life:

Smart Upgrades for a More Functional Kitchen

After removing the old cabinetry and countertops, we installed new custom frameless deco/rtf cabinetry with durable maple interiors with a shaker door style. Adding to the more modern aesthetic, the homeowners opted for a two-tone color scheme with Fashion Grey Supermatte on the perimeter cabinetry and Gauntlet Grey on the island. With our custom cabinetry, all drawers and roll-outs are hardwood beech dovetail construction with soft-close for effortless ease.  

To enhance storage and convenience, we added:

✅ Tiered Cutlery Drawer for improved organization and access
✅ Trash pull-out to keep waste out of sight
✅ Wood spice drawer inserts for organized cooking essentials

For countertops and backsplash, we fabricated and installed Cambria Quartz Torquay with a full height, straight-set subway splash to the ceiling.
