This recent Folsom kitchen remodel completely transformed an older, closed-off kitchen into a bright, welcoming space designed for modern living. To begin this kitchen remodeling project, we completely removed the original kitchen and redesigned the layout to improve both flow and functionality. One of the biggest changes was eliminating the original range wall and creating a more open peninsula design with a dramatic waterfall-edge countertop — giving the kitchen a more spacious and connected feel.
For the cabinetry, the homeowners selected beautiful custom Deco/RTF cabinetry in the DBQ door style with a soft Beach Glass Supermatte finish. The combination creates a clean, light appearance that reflects natural light beautifully throughout the space.
The new countertops make a bold statement in stunning Cambria Annicca quartz with a crescent edge profile, while a full-height subway tile backsplash ties everything together with a fresh, timeless look.
