These Loomis homeowners wanted more than just a kitchen remodel—they dreamed of a space that felt open, connected, and filled with natural warmth. By removing three interior walls, their vision of a great room came to life
At the heart of this remodel are custom, European frameless cabinets, built in our Sacramento cabinet shop. Interiors feature a maple-look finish, while Deco/RTF doors in the RR980 style, finished in Light Italian Walnut, bring timeless warmth. Every drawer and rollout—23 dovetail drawers and 4 rollouts—is crafted from solid beech hardwood with soft-close guides, a Kitchen Mart standard.
The heart of this remodel? Custom cherry cabinets, built right here in our Sacramento shop. The homeowners chose a Heritage door in a warm Rye finish. It’s rich, timeless, and sets the tone for the entire space.
We designed in details that make daily life easier.
This Davis, CA home received a modern makeover that shows just how transformative cabinet refacing can be when thinking about your next kitchen or bath remodel. By choosing Kitchen Mart’s custom cabinet refacing, these homeowners saved time, money, and mess—while still enjoying a kitchen that feels brand new.
We began by removing the original cabinetry, countertops, and flooring to create a clean slate. At the center of the new design is custom cabinetry, built in our Sacramento cabinet shop. The homeowners chose heritage walnut in a Rye finish, paired with a Tuscany door style and five-piece drawer fronts. This is a timeless choice that brings warmth and elegance to the space.
For this Natomas kitchen, the homeowners wanted a cleaner, more functional space without a complete tear-out. We started by remodeling the peninsula, lowering the old bar top to a single level for a more open feel. Our in-house craftsmen handled all the details: moving gas and electrical for the new range, finishing drywall and texture, and updating the window wall where the old backsplash and upper cabinets had been.
These Natomas, Ca. homeowners decided to lower their countertop, adding more usable space. Additionally, they decided to ditch the old tile and grout opting for beautiful Cambria Pra Sands quartz. Ease of maintenance, beautiful aesthetics and a more modern look were the driving forces.
This Newcastle, CA. kitchen remodel incorporated both refacing and new custom face frame cabinets with a standard overlay. The homeowners appreciated saving time and expense of a full tear-out while still achieving the functionality and preferred design style.
For the vanity, we fabricated and installed MSI Calacatta Anava quartz with a sleek 6″ splash. This same quartz was carried throughout the shower surround and tub surround, creating a cohesive and luxurious look.
The centerpiece? A large free-standing jetted tub
The new kitchen features frameless ¾” cabinetry with clean white interiors, a five-piece drawer front, and a Terracina door style crafted from hardwood/MDF. The homeowners selected a custom color finish—PPG English Ivy 1134—bringing a rich, timeless look to their redesigned space.
We converted the tub to shower moving the position of the drain. Looking to update the appearance and get rid of the grout, the homeowners opted for a Corian surround in Artista Canvas. We added a Corian shower pan with a 3.5″ threshold and line drain. Additionally shower features include new valves, handheld spray, recessed soap/shampoo niche and Corian corner seat, also in Artista Canvas. For the shower door, Euro sliders were selected.
The existing bathtub was removed to make room for a larger, more comfortable walk-in shower. We installed a Corian shower pan and threshold in Glacier White, paired with Cambria Torquay quartz shower walls. This solid-surface design is antimicrobial and easy to clean, giving the homeowners both luxury and peace of mind.
Being we offer custom cabinetry, this was rather straightforward for our team of craftsmen, removing the desk area for a single level countertop that fit more with the desired look and functionality. This included adding new face frame cabinetry, standard overlay 3/4 PB with maple look interiors. The top two drawers were solid, while the bottom drawer is 5 piece. All three drawers are hardwood beech dovetail with soft-close.
These Rocklin, Ca. homeowners chose a free-standing soaking tub paired with a brand-new custom shower. Our craftsmen built a custom tile shower surround and pan, complete with recessed niche, corner shelf, and new plumbing. A 36″ tile surround was also added around the tub to create a cohesive, spa-like feel.
For the wet space, we designed a curbless shower pan with line drain and installed Silestone Pietra quartz shower walls for a seamless, solid-surface look. Unlike traditional tile and grout, quartz is antimicrobial and easy to clean, making it a smart investment for long-term use.

The new kitchen features custom frameless cabinetry with maple-look interiors and Deco/RTF DT223 beveled shaker doors in Mission White. To add warmth and contrast, the island was built in a light Italian walnut finish, also using DT223 beveled shaker doors.
To finish this remodel, we installed under-cabinet LED lighting — providing perfect task lighting for meal prep and a soft, inviting glow in the evenings. This simple addition transforms both function and atmosphere, and it’s one of the most recommended upgrades in any modern kitchen remodel.
