Thinking about a primary bath remodel? These Penryn homeowners wanted to brighten their space and create a more open, relaxing retreat. Their original bathroom featured a dated sunken jacuzzi tub, so our team of in-house craftsmen set out to design something fresh, modern, and functional.
The Transformation
To begin, we raised the floors and adjusted the vanity pony wall so it matched the vanities in both depth and height. Our team updated the electrical, added new framing to open up the shower, and finished with fresh sheetrock, tape, and texture after wallpaper removal.
Beautiful Surfaces & Luxurious Features
For the vanity, we fabricated and installed MSI Calacatta Anava quartz with a sleek 6″ splash. This same quartz was carried throughout the shower surround and tub surround, creating a cohesive and luxurious look.
The centerpiece? A large free-standing jetted tub—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. We also installed new plumbing, valves, and fixtures throughout, blending modern performance with timeless design.
