Beautiful guest bathroom remodel in Folsom, Ca. where the homeowners wanted clean, modern design with luxury surfaces and easy clean-up.

First we removed the existing bathroom fixtures, updating electrical, moving plumbing (converting tub to shower slab floor).
We built a new custom frameless ply vanity with white interiors. Included are two hardwood beech dovetail drawers and one door. Silestone Pietra quartz was chosen for the countertop. We also built a matching, “overjohn’ upper 22″ wide x 27” high.
Quartz Shower Surround and Coping
For the wet space, we designed a curbless shower pan with line drain and installed Silestone Pietra quartz shower walls for a seamless, solid-surface look. Unlike traditional tile and grout, quartz is antimicrobial and easy to clean, making it a smart investment for long-term use.

Finishing Touches
The floor was updated with 12×24 Zen Grey tile, which flows seamlessly into the shower space. A new luxury toilet/bidet was installed in the water closet, along with grab bars and towel bars for comfort and accessibility. To complete the design, we painted ceilings, walls, and baseboards, then added two custom 33″ x 30″ framed mirrors to match the vanity cabinetry.
